
Shelly holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is licensed to practice
psychotherapy in the state of California. Shelly brings a dynamic and interactive approach to therapy and has a
safe, supportive and thoughtful presence. She has worked with individuals, couples and families in Northern and Central California
for more than a decade as a therapist, group facilitator, coach and teacher. In each enviornment, Shelly's clients
experience her dedication, skill and heart-felt approach to therapy as meaningful and helpful.
Shelly specializes
with eating disorders, relationship issues and families parenting teens, but enjoys working with all people interested
in better self-understanding. She believes that people deserve to live their lives free from worry, constant struggle
and pain. Her collaborative approach allows clients to fully bring themselves to the therapy, expressing their deepest needs
and worries, and allowing a therapeutic relationship to form so that change can occur.
