You & you...

Did you catch that one of those "you's" in the title is capitalized and one isn't? That's on purpose, because, there are two of you...

There is your lower case "y" you, the physical, flesh and blood, the who thinks and feels. The one with the mind. And, then, there is the upper case "Y" You, the non-physical, Source Energy You. The one who has the mind and uses the mind.

All Spiritual teachings on the planet recognize this and they each address it or speak of it in slightly different terms. But, the essential teaching is "You have a body, but you are not your body. You have a mind, but you are not your mind...." These are the words from an insight meditation by Buddhist teacher, Jack Kornfield. In Christianity it's stated, "The kingdom of God is within."

And, the principle that there are two of you has to inform your daily life or you become lost, stuck, unhappy and distracted by trying to "get" what you want out of this physical world in one unsuccessful way or another.

When you live outside the knowledge that you are physical AND non-physical, you believe that you have to work really hard and be really good to get the people, places and things you desire.

But it doesn't have to be hard.

The Law of Allowing teaches something radically different and, I believe, is the secret to truly manifesting your heart's desires. Listen carefully, The relationship between you and You is the most important relationship in your life. Your Inner-Being and your physical form self need to be synced up or aligned in order for you to receive all the goodies you want from life. The only work you need to do are practices that increase the alignment. You can learn to think and feel yourself into manifesting anything.

This winter, my Women's Healing Group will start anew. I'd love for you to be a part of it and learn the practices and principles that will get you connected with your Inner-Being, the upper case "Y" part of you. That's when life gets good.

Special Invitation... You are cordially invited to join the first group meeting for free when you sign up for one month. That's a $25 savings. Groups start in January!
